This just never stops being awesome.

Sometimes you just want the marines to come and get you out of there.

There’s a thick fog and it makes me quite sleepy.

I got a new bed today and I am very happy about it let me tell you!

So, in honor of my new bed today is a day for practical things like cleaning the bathroom, doing the dishes, and buying new sheets.

I’ve decided to take another full month off of running. I’m doing quite a bit of elyptical at ze ole gym and so I hope it will help me with the transition.

I hear every little bit helps.

A wedding, the northern lights like fire in the sky, my 30th birthday and a belligerent Australian are all ingredients for a perfect weekend. I hope yours was good too.

It was a wild and crazy weekend.

On Friday I ran 8.8 Miles in 80 minutes up the side of the mountain, 36 of 121 overall and 15 of 45 in my division. Also I wrote a couple of Hiku. You can see the stats here.

Our team, Lets Make Party, was 93 of 121 overall and 40 of 45 in our division. We did an hour better than last year and moved 8 down in the overall stats from 101 to 93. Then, of course, we made party. You can look at the teams stats here.

It was an amazing weekend, where I met great people, and slept very little. More later.
