Shock and Suprise

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

Crazy weekends are happening.

I saw the play “The Long Christmas Ride Home,” and it was crazy. Crazy.

There were pornographic Japanese Wood Cuts (From the Edo period).

There was a Jew married to a Catholic, there was a little girl-puppet crying out “but what do we believe,” gay ghost beach cruising and interpretive dance.

It started off terrible and kept ratcheting up the level of insanity until I think it hit some kind of crazy genius.

Also I went to a bonfire.

Seriously the above is funny if you are a geek, anyway.

Also.

Guess what I am now the proud owner of?

We desperately need more funny.

Bucket Seats?

It never rains in Juneau, it’s warm, sunny and just a little breezy.

We need more funny.

or Buffalo Meat

I’m sleepy and this should surprise no one.

I did the run/yoga/run thing again and came out with about the same total time as last time.

Now I can safely tell you that buffalo stake seared in olive oil and apple cider vinegar is super yummy.

Would that I had more funny to share.

Maintenance Days

Monday, April 21st, 2008

I misspell maintenance every single time I write it out, this is for real. It used to be research, but now maintenance vexes me every time I commit it to a page.

I understand the above may not be entirely entertaining informative or persuasive, however to quote T.Y. (may he rest uneasily) “they can’t all be keepers.”

Not only did I not run today I ate microwave pizza, mmmmmmmmmh, preservatives!

Yummy.

Fake Tulips…

What a great pre-yoga run day I tell you, the first half was under the 7.5/minute/mile mark go me!

Yoga was Jump-into-a-headstand-tastic!

We need more funny.

Saturday, Rest

A flurry of activity?

A virtual buzz-saw of bewildering bounding (what does that even mean)?

Work as Freedom, during a day off of work?

Today had all the hallmarks of steady progress in turning my apartment into someplace to live.

There was even folding.

We’re sadly short on folding so instead I leave you with this rather ironic advertisement from google.

My Guess is they aren’t helping anyone sexually harass.
