Tests were completed, miles were covered and ancient ruins were visited. More to come tomarrow.

The hotel is perfect, the water is warm, the people are friendly.

Hard at work on a lot of different fronts, sit-ups, push-ups and running at lunch. Massage in the afternoon followed by climbing rocks. I just need to fit a bike ride in their somewhere and it’ll be perfect. Maybe ten miles in the evening?
